Pole Dance & Fitness

Pole dance & fitness is suitable for all, irrelevant of fitness level, size or weight.

We all start at the beginning and work through levels at our own pace. Pole fitness can burn up to 400 calories per hour, increase cardio health, strength & body tone and is lots of fun!

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks is a challenging and incredible art form.

Starting with ‘hitch knots’, foot wraps and basic inverts, you will climb your way through syllabus worksheets at your own pace, gradually learning to lift and maneuver your own body weight using the fabric!

Aerial Hoop

Learn to dance in the air on this elegant apparatus.

Aerial Hoop is suitable for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels, with hoops starting low and raising as you gain experience and confidence.

A tough but beautiful workout for everybody.

Classes for children, youths and families

Our aerial hoop and aerial silks classes are offered in dedicated groups for kids (5-10 years old), youth (11-16 years old) and families (children 5+ with participating adult).

Kids and teens love acrobatics in the air! Being flexible and light they often surprise everyone with their quick progress.

Aerial arts is a fun way to grow strong and flexible.

For children from 5 years old.

Private classes

Whatever skill you want to learn, you can also book private sessions with your favourite instructor for pole dancing, aerial hoop or aerial silks.

In private sessions you can also choose from a wider range of apparatus and activities, including aerial rope, lollypop hoop, fly pole, static trapeze, calisthenics and flexibility training.

Get undivided attention, continuous feedback and lessons tailored to your needs and wishes.

For adults (both men and women), kids, youth and families

Open practice

One hour slots available for independent practice on your chosen apparatus. Ideal for working on dance routines or squeezing in an extra workout.
